Watchmaker - Rolex After-Sales Service

The Watchmaking and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division operates as the purchasing center for jewelry and watchmaking sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands with a network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Diagnose and perform precise repairs on Rolex watches in accordance with brand standards.
2. Conduct regular maintenance and complete overhauls to ensure proper functioning of watches.
3. Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure quick service turnaround and transparent communication with clients.
4. Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the workshop.

1. Diploma in watchmaking or equivalent experience in the field.
2. Previous experience in the repair and maintenance of luxury watches, preferably specialized in Rolex watches.

1. Excellent knowledge of mechanical movements and watch repair techniques.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Customer-oriented with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Previous experience in the repair and maintenance of luxury watches, with a specialization in Rolex watches preferred.
