Galeries Lafayette Rolex Watch Repair Specialist
Galeries Lafayette, a prestigious name in the luxury retail sector, leads the French market in watch and jewelry distribution through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The Watch and Jewelry Division serves as the purchasing hub for these sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, including its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store, also offering bespoke jewelry creation. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division's mission is to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from the curious to the passionate.
- Diagnose and execute precise repairs on Rolex watches, adhering to brand standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance and comprehensive overhauls to ensure optimal watch performance.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure swift service delivery and transparent client communication.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the workshop.
- Diploma in watchmaking or equivalent experience in the field.
- Previous experience in luxury watch repair and maintenance, preferably specializing in Rolex watches.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical movements and watch repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous experience in luxury watch repair and maintenance, with a focus on Rolex watches, is required.
Diploma in watchmaking or equivalent experience.
