1. Lead and coordinate the kitchen team.
2. Organize and allocate kitchen tasks.
3. Supervise dish preparation and dining service.

6. Ensure compliance with internal regulations and workplace health and safety.
7. Oversee kitchen supply management, including food ordering, storage, and inventory control.

9. Create and propose new recipes in line with company standards.
10. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment.

A fixed salary over 12 months, with a stimulating variable component, a thirteenth month bonus, closure bonus, vacation bonus, and profit-sharing incentives.
