1. Enhance the store's image by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries.
2. Welcome and guide clients, adapting activities based on priorities and handling situations with diplomacy.
3. Inform management of disputes, offer customer gestures, and support sales through mobile tax refunds and transactions.
4. Conduct transactions, promote loyalty cards, and manage cash operations proficiently.
5. Ensure versatility in service areas, maintain a tidy environment, and create gift cards.
6. Facilitate the customer journey, support sales, and promote store services.
7. Assist clients with tax refund processes, establish and input forms, and adhere to tax management rules.
8. Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.

A fixed monthly salary of €1,815 gross, with potential for an additional €150 gross monthly based on sales performance.
