1. Enhance the store's image by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Welcome and guide clients, adapting activities based on priorities and handling situations diplomatically.
3. Inform management of disputes, offer customer gestures, and support sales with mobile tax refunds and transactions.
4. Conduct transactions, promote the loyalty card, and master cash operations.
5. Ensure versatility in service areas, maintain the environment, and create gift cards.
6. Facilitate customer journeys, support sales, and promote store services.
7. Assist clients with tax refund procedures, establish and input forms.
8. Control and adhere to tax refund management rules, and inform about customs procedures.
9. Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.

Fixed monthly gross salary of €1801.80, with a potential variable component up to €150 based on sales performance.
