- Deliver personalized customer service and utilize advanced sales techniques to sell luxury products.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales processes.
- Adapt to individual client needs and motivations.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of team objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged support and digital tools.
- Accompany clients to exclusive brand events.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, ensuring upkeep and organization.
- Manage store flows and adhere to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product merchandising according to brand standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury watch/jewelry sales.
- Strong interest in the watch and jewelry sector.
- Proficient interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- High level of rigor and excellence.
