1. Participate in the monitoring of maintenance, inspections, and verifications conducted by accredited organizations and competent technicians.
2. Address observations and prescriptions from safety commissions, insurers, and accredited bodies regarding plans.
3. Contribute to the design of graphic documents related to building permits and DACAM submissions.
4. Assist in the on-call service for fire safety.
5. Create or update evacuation plans, smoke extraction network plans, automatic extinguishing systems plans (such as sprinklers, RIA), intervention plans for firefighters, and plans for reserves and compartmentalization using AutoCAD.
6. Engage in studies related to fire safety.

1. Professional training in Building Studies or a degree equivalent to Bac +2 in Building, Public Works, or Civil Engineering.
2. Possession of SSIAP 1 certification preferred, with training provided if necessary.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work autonomously and react promptly to situations.

At least one year of experience or completion of an apprenticeship in a related field is required.

Bac Pro in Building Studies or Bac +2 in Building, Public Works, or Civil Engineering.
