1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a discerning luxury clientele, including clienteling and aftercare.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting and conversion.
3. Manage client appointments, follow-ups and VIP lists using established CRM and clienteling routines.
4. Present merchandise with exacting visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique aesthetics.
5. Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling, POS operations and returns according to policy.
6. Support stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts and assist with replenishment.
7. Collaborate with store management on initiatives, events and local marketing to drive footfall and brand awareness.
8. Uphold brand image, product knowledge and compliance with service protocols and operational procedures.

1. Proven track record in luxury or premium fashion retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑first mentality and discretion handling high‑value relationships.
3. Strong presentation and visual merchandising aptitude; attention to detail in store standards.
4. Comfortable with retail systems and point‑of‑sale processes; numerate and organised.
5. Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
