Galeries Lafayette Event Coordination Manager

- Ensure the seamless coordination of events, animations, and partnerships to enhance the Haussmann store's drive-to-store strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison for events from conception to execution, consolidating and monitoring the event calendar and alerting to any discrepancies.
- Participate in decision-making processes related to events and animations, collaborating closely with Marketing, Digital, and other relevant departments.
- Oversee the deployment of event and animation projects initiated by various departments, managing all phases to completion.
- Allocate resources effectively for animation and event projects, ensuring budget adherence.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on optimizing event spaces, ensuring successful execution in collaboration with external providers and stakeholders.
- Optimize workshops such as fashion shows, macaron classes, and heritage tours to drive store traffic.
- Propose and develop partnerships aligned with store development strategies, targeting both domestic and international clientele.
- Monitor and manage allocated budgets, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
- Foster a culture of managerial development, encouraging team participation, initiative-taking, and effective project management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in operational marketing.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with persuasive presentation abilities.
- Strong listening skills to foster collaboration and trust.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with colleagues and partners.
4 to 8 years of experience in operational marketing, with significant team management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €55,000 to €60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
