1. Contribute to achieving sales targets across all channels by providing operational support in supply, sales, and checkout processes.
2. Manage merchandise flow necessary for store operations.
3. Sort and transport merchandise from storage to the sales floor, restock and arrange displays.
4. Maintain and organize storage areas, label products, and participate in stock counting and inventory.
5. Participate in commercial operations setup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing reserved products from digital sales channels and assisting customers with their orders.
7. Welcome and guide customers on the sales floor, assist with self-service product purchases, or direct them to knowledgeable colleagues.
8. Provide support to colleagues, especially new arrivals, and assist with checkout and other services as needed.

1. Experience in the logistics sector is a plus.
