1. Contribute to achieving sales targets across all channels by providing operational support in supply, sales, and checkout processes.
2. Ensure the replenishment and organization of the sales floor by sorting and transporting merchandise from storage areas, restocking, and arranging displays.
3. Maintain the orderliness and organization of stockrooms, including product labeling and inventory management.
4. Participate in stock counting, merchandise returns to the warehouse, and inventory operations.
5. Facilitate customer satisfaction by managing reserved products for digital sales channels and assisting customers with online orders.
6. Welcome and guide customers on the sales floor, assisting with self-service purchases or directing them to knowledgeable colleagues.
7. Provide support to peers, especially new team members, and assist with checkout and other services as needed.

1. Experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.

Fixed remuneration over 13 months, with a variable component linked to store revenue and customer satisfaction metrics.
