A leading luxury goods house within a global luxury group, the employer operates an international retail and e‑commerce network and places strong emphasis on craftsmanship, brand heritage and premium client experience. - Support the online merchandising and product catalogue: create and maintain product pages, feed product content (descriptions, attributes, imagery) and ensure visual and editorial consistency across the site.
- Assist with digital marketing campaign execution: prepare assets, schedule campaigns, update banners and promotional landing pages in coordination with marketing and creative teams.
- Monitor site performance and customer behaviour using analytics; produce regular reports and actionable insights to optimise conversion and UX.
- Contribute to SEO/SEA tasks and basic on‑page optimisation to improve organic visibility and paid campaign efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and CRM teams to ensure product availability, accurate stock information and timely post‑purchase communications.
- Support A/B testing, content localisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance online sales and client experience.
- Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver agreed marketing and e‑commerce projects on time.
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business or equivalent (work‑study / alternance eligibility required).
- Strong written and verbal communication in French; professional working knowledge of English is an asset.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with basic numerical literacy and comfort handling reporting tasks.
- Magento / Adobe Commerce (or other enterprise e‑commerce platforms)
- Shopify (basic familiarity)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads (basic campaign support)
- Microsoft Excel (data extraction and reporting)
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (basic asset preparation)
- Content Management Systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS basics
- SEO and on‑page optimisation techniques
Previous internship or 6–12 months of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online merchandising is preferred; prior experience within retail or luxury goods is an advantage.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business or a related discipline; eligible for alternance / apprenticeship.
