- Manage client database entries, including rooming lists.
- Handle emails from partners in Chinese, French, and English.
- Oversee the Tour Operator/Leader Portal interface.
- Apply operational procedures and business rules to ensure timely processing.
- Prioritize and resolve disputes such as duplicates, refusals, regularizations, and claims.
- Facilitate communication with internal departments for efficient case handling.
- Manage partner disputes and track ongoing cases.
- Receive and formalize claims requests via customer service channels.
- Coordinate with customer relations to expedite investigations.
- Verify anomalies reported by partners with purchase proofs.
- Investigate with internal services such as security, sales, and packaging.
- Propose solutions and feedback to partners.
- Assist partners with transactions, refunds, or exchanges in-store.
- Attach commercial invoices for manual orders.
- Research and attach invoices in tracking spreadsheets.
- Contact customer relations for missing or discrepant invoices.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including phone, reception, emails, and archiving.
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and French.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Excellent communication skills across languages.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills in dispute resolution.
Previous experience in a customer service or dispute resolution role is preferred.
Compensation includes a fixed salary over 12 months, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month, a thirteenth month salary, and various bonuses.
