- Participate in structuring e-commerce site projects for new markets.
- Prepare and facilitate scoping workshops with IT, business teams (logistics, customer service, marketing), and stores.
- Monitor deliverables and coordinate various stakeholders (schedules, reports, roadmaps, action tracking).
- Analyze the Quality Promise Experience to identify friction points in customer journeys and contribute to updating post-purchase tracking tools.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination among teams to propose optimizations for customer journeys or internal processes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent, specializing in digital/e-commerce/project management or operations.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience in digital operations and project management with a customer-oriented focus.
A first experience in digital operations is preferred, with an interest in project management and customer-oriented operational topics.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
Monthly gross salary: €1300 for Bac +4, €1500 for Bac +5.
