1. Manage and optimize the Master Data Management (MDM) product based on Stibo Systems' STEP solution.
2. Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design technical functionalities of the MDM system, considering existing architecture and performance optimization.
3. Model and develop data integration and publication flows, ensuring data uniqueness, consistency, and quality.
4. Oversee business workflows to streamline processes.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity within the MDM system, managing incoming and outgoing data flows.
6. Play a key role in process automation and continuous improvement of the MDM solution by proposing innovative evolutions.
7. Work closely with business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
8. Document processes, manage application versioning, and ensure continuous integration and deployment, aligning deliverables with expectations.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a stimulating and challenging environment.
2. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and long-term challenges.

1. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (RhinoJS), REST, SQL, JMS, Kafka, pub/sub, and ESB.
2. Agility and autonomy in work.
3. Strong data orientation with the ability to strategically motivate and challenge choices using data.
4. Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills.

Previous experience in a backend development role, particularly in environments that are fast-paced and demanding.

Developer training or equivalent experience.

Fixed annual gross salary between €50,000 and €60,000, paid over 13 months, with a stimulating variable component.
