1. Manage and optimize the Master Data Management (MDM) product using STEP by Stibo Systems.
2. Collaborate with business and development teams to design technical features of the MDM system.
3. Model and develop data integration and publication flows, ensuring data uniqueness, consistency, and quality.
4. Manage business workflows to streamline processes.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity within the MDM system.
6. Automate processes and propose innovative improvements for the MDM solution.
7. Document processes, manage application versioning, and oversee continuous integration and deployment.

1. Developer training with experience in a similar role within a challenging environment.

1. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (RhinoJS), REST, SQL, JMS, Kafka, pub/sub, and ESB.
2. Agility and autonomy.
3. Teamwork and strategic thinking.
4. Data-oriented with the ability to motivate and challenge strategic decisions.

Experience in a similar backend development role in a stimulating and challenging environment.

Fixed annual gross salary between €50,000 and €60,000 on a 13-month basis, with a stimulating variable component.
