1. Participate in store opening and closing operations.
2. Ensure the safety of individuals and property.
3. Conduct continuous monitoring to prevent known and unknown shrinkage.
4. Ensure compliance of all alarm, video surveillance, and remote monitoring systems.
5. Supervise security teams and act as a liaison for the Operations Manager.
6. Propose and implement continuous improvements in security measures during events.
7. Manage and follow up on incident reports and complaints.
8. Oversee all security-related matters for employees and the store in collaboration with the building's Security Control Center.
9. Organize evacuation drills.
10. Regularly train and raise awareness among staff, ensuring the availability of protective equipment.
11. Secure merchandise and ensure the overall security of the store.
12. Develop and update security procedures.
13. Supervise security teams and maintain daily oversight of security service providers.

1. Valid professional security license.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private security or law enforcement.

Fixed salary over 13 months, with a potential monthly variable pay up to €150 based on sales targets, and an annual bonus up to one month's gross salary.
