1. Oversee and coordinate all logistics activities at the Haussmann store.
2. Implement the Logistics and Merchandise Flow Strategy, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
3. Directly manage a team of 6 managers and indirectly oversee 140-150 staff members.
4. Participate in recruitment and training processes for new employees.
5. Set and align service objectives with departmental goals and ensure their achievement.
6. Organize and coordinate operational tasks across responsible services.
7. Facilitate inter-service weekly meetings.
8. Ensure smooth relations between the team, Sales, Supply Chain, and Purchasing departments.
9. Guarantee activity and resource planning based on activity fluctuations.
10. Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities, including stock management, storage allocation, and merchandise flow scheduling.
11. Optimize flow management, from delivery to storage and sales team availability.
12. Ensure personnel and general expense budget adherence, monthly reporting, and budget construction support.
13. Drive operational performance through KPIs and improvement plans.
14. Conduct annual activity reviews and propose development strategies.
15. Propose operational process optimizations to the Logistics and Merchandise Flow Director.
16. Coordinate and participate in meetings with the Offer and Purchasing Department and Sales Management Committee.
17. Prepare for Logistics Management Committee meetings with cross-functional topics and solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven team management experience.

Compensation ranges from €65,000 to €70,000, depending on the profile.
