The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Record and track customer orders in the ERP system, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
2. Record and track orders for consumables for internal boutiques.
3. Identify, analyze, and resolve disputes with suppliers in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Provide administrative and organizational support to the supply chain team, including monitoring internal transfers.

1. Degree from Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
2. First experience in a similar role.

2. Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities.
3. Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.
4. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).

First experience in a similar role is required.
