Galeries Lafayette Data Entry Operator
The Horology and Jewelry Division of Groupe Galeries Lafayette stands as the preeminent French distributor of timepieces and jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, the division offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store. Additionally, the division operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Record and monitor customer orders in the ERP system, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Register and track consumable orders for internal boutiques.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve supplier disputes in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support the supply chain team with administrative and organizational tasks, including internal transfers.
- Educational background from Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required.
Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
