Galeries Lafayette Data Entry Operator
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and e-commerce site. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Record and track customer orders in the ERP system, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Record and track orders for consumables for internal boutiques.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve disputes with suppliers in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the supply chain team, including monitoring internal transfers.
- Degree from Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
- First experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
