1. Record and monitor customer orders in the ERP system, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
2. Register and track consumable orders for internal boutiques.
3. Identify, analyze, and resolve supplier disputes in collaboration with relevant departments.
4. Support the supply chain team with administrative and organizational tasks, including internal transfers.

1. Educational background from Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

2. Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
4. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.

A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required.

Bac to Bac+3 in supply chain, logistics, management, or equivalent.
