1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial events at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing options, delivery, and shipping.
3. Ensure the execution of services within the Concierge Space, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle diverse customer complaints effectively.
5. Maintain the standard of hospitality in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships.
2. Adaptability to various situations with a proactive approach.
3. Ability to adjust approach and behavior as needed.

Experience in customer service or a related field, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is preferred.

Fixed annual gross salary of €21,700, with potential variable compensation up to €237 per month, plus a thirteenth month bonus.

Includes closure bonus, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, 80% transport cost coverage, option to work 12 Sundays per year voluntarily, employee discounts, personalized onboarding, and dynamic career progression opportunities.
