1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and commercial events at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, and financing options.
3. Manage customer service operations within the Concierge Space, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, and shipping.
4. Handle diverse customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Oversee the reception in the Lounges, ensuring high-quality catering services.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

1. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships.
2. Adaptability to different situations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust behavior according to the situation.

Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

Fixed annual gross salary of €21,700, with a variable component up to €237 per month, plus a thirteenth month salary.
