- Welcome and guide customers, providing a distinctive experience.
- Promote in-store services such as tax-free shopping, loyalty programs, gift cards, and Click & Collect, tailored to customer needs.
- Resolve customer disputes with an open and customer-centric approach.
- Assist customers with loyalty and payment card subscriptions.
- Customer-oriented mindset.

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Fixed salary over 12 months with a stimulating variable component.
