1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a seamless interaction with sales advisors.
2. Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
3. Provide customers with information about store products, services, and loyalty programs.
4. Handle incoming calls in accordance with Galeries Lafayette's customer service standards.
5. Perform specific transactions and process refunds.

Compensation includes a fixed salary over 12 months, vacation bonus, and a 13th-month bonus. Variable pay is also offered.
