1. Provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs and expectations.
2. Welcome and assist clients, directing them to the appropriate contacts based on their inquiries.
3. Resolve customer disputes regardless of their origin, nature, or intensity.
4. Promote store products and services, including creating payment cards and proposing the loyalty program.
5. Facilitate the availability of reserved products through digital sales channels.
6. Implement customer service procedures, such as tax refunds.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Availability to work on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

1. Strong customer orientation and ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.
2. Demonstrated courage in achieving objectives while maintaining quality relationships.
3. Adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
4. Proficiency in computer tools and operational knowledge of English and Spanish.

A minimum of 2 years in a customer service position within a retail environment is required.

The position offers a variable monthly compensation, advantageous transport reimbursement covering 80% of expenses, and personalized onboarding support.
