1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and expectations.
2. Welcome and guide customers, directing them to appropriate contacts based on their inquiries.
3. Offer information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, including tax refund processes and loyalty program inquiries.
4. Resolve disputes regardless of their origin, nature, or intensity.
5. Promote store products and services, including the creation of payment cards and comprehensive loyalty programs.
6. Facilitate the availability of reserved products through digital sales channels.
7. Implement customer service procedures, including tax refund processes.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Availability to work Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
