1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and expectations.
2. Welcome and guide customers, directing them to appropriate contacts based on their inquiries.
3. Resolve customer disputes regardless of their origin, nature, or intensity.
4. Promote store products and services, including the creation of payment cards and loyalty programs.
5. Facilitate the availability of reserved products through digital sales channels.
6. Implement customer service procedures, such as tax refunds.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

2. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain quality relationships.
3. Adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
4. Proficiency in computer tools and operational English.
