1. Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
2. Welcome and assist customers, directing them to appropriate contacts based on their inquiries.
3. Resolve customer disputes regardless of their origin or complexity.
4. Promote store products and services, including the creation of payment cards and loyalty programs.
5. Facilitate the availability of reserved products through digital sales channels.
6. Implement customer service procedures, such as tax refund processes.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
2. Proven ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs autonomously.
3. Demonstrated courage in using experience to achieve objectives while maintaining quality relationships.
4. Adaptability to changing priorities and situations.

2. Operational command of the English language.

A minimum of one year in a customer service role, preferably within the retail sector.
