1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and expectations.
2. Welcome and assist clients, directing them to appropriate contacts based on their inquiries.
3. Resolve disputes regardless of their origin, nature, or intensity.
4. Promote store products and services, including creating payment cards and managing loyalty programs.
5. Facilitate the reservation and distribution of products through digital sales channels.
6. Implement customer service procedures such as tax refund processes.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
