1. Welcome and guide customers, ensuring a distinctive and joyful shopping experience.
2. Promote and explain in-store services such as tax-free shopping, loyalty programs, alterations, gift cards, and Click & Collect, tailored to customer needs.
3. Resolve customer disputes with an open and customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction.
4. Assist customers in subscribing to loyalty and payment cards.

Fixed salary over 12 months with variable compensation.
