- Welcome and guide customers, providing a distinctive and joyful experience.
- Promote in-store services such as tax refunds, loyalty programs, alterations, gift cards, and Click & Collect, tailored to customer needs.
- Resolve customer disputes with an open and customer-centric approach.
- Assist customers with loyalty and payment card subscriptions.
- Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Fixed salary over 12 months with variable compensation.
The position offers advantageous transportation coverage up to 80%, a meal card, and participation in profit-sharing schemes.
