Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide information to customers, ensuring the service area is well-maintained.
- Facilitate customer orientation within the store.
- Sell services and complementary products such as gift cards, gift boxes, loyalty cards, financing cards, gift list openings, and delivery services.
- Handle and follow up on various customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Successful professional experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluency in French, English, and a third language.
- Ability to present a clean criminal record (B3).
