1. Welcome and provide information to customers, ensuring the service area is well-maintained.
2. Facilitate customer orientation within the store.
3. Sell services and complementary products such as gift cards, gift boxes, loyalty cards, financing cards, gift list openings, and delivery services.
4. Handle and follow up on various customer complaints.

1. Successful professional experience in sales or customer service.
2. Fluency in French, English, and a third language.
3. Ability to present a clean criminal record (B3).
