1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event updates at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping.
3. Execute services within the Concierge Space, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle various customer complaints efficiently.
5. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.

Fixed remuneration of 1900 euros gross monthly, with potential variable remuneration up to 237 euros gross monthly, plus a thirteenth month salary.
