Customer Service Advisor - Concierge

1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event news at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping.
3. Provide services within the Concierge area, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle various customer complaints.
5. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized solutions.
2. Adaptability to different situations and action-oriented.

1. Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.

Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Fixed salary of 1900 euros gross per month, with potential variable compensation up to 237 euros gross per month, a thirteenth month salary, and various bonuses.
