1. Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Assist clients in completing tax refund forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to tax refunds and other services.
4. Serve as a telephone receptionist, advising and directing callers to the appropriate department or individual.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
