- Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-store experiences and customer loyalty in collaboration with other departments.
- Deliver a joyful, creative, and committed shopping experience to clientele.
- Ensure service excellence by analyzing customer satisfaction indicators.

- Support team development and daily missions.
- Ensure proper application of service-related procedures such as payments, tax refunds, and sensitive situations.
- Promote personalized services in collaboration with Personal Advisors.
- Fluency in English and German.

Annual gross salary ranging from €40,000 to €44,000, with a potential variable bonus up to €3,500.
