- Coordinate the activities of Trade and Marketing events, animations, and partnerships to enhance the development of the Haussmann store.
- Ensure the implementation of the customer journey with all relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the deployment of customer journey zones and pop-ups, ensuring technical, safety, and commercial feasibility.
- Organize coordination meetings with involved departments for non-window projects.
- Manage the execution of events and animations at Haussmann, ensuring alignment with the event schedule and addressing any discrepancies.
- Act as the primary contact for decisions related to events and animations, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Translate and adapt partnership strategies into customer service offerings, proposing operational solutions that meet partner and customer needs.
- Manage and monitor allocated budgets, including business models for workshops, event spaces, animations, and trade revenues.
- Lead and develop teams by motivating, informing, and setting individual objectives, fostering growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in operational marketing.
- Project management skills with a focus on organization and rigor.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to identify key issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive presentation style.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with colleagues and partners.
4 to 8 years of experience in operational marketing, with a proven track record in managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Compensation ranging from €52,000 to €60,000, depending on experience and profile.
