1. Prepare culinary dishes following technical sheets and company-defined processes.
2. Provide expertise to the head chef and kitchen staff in the preparation of cooked dishes, including cooking techniques and seafood preparation.
3. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations concerning equipment, foodstuffs, and work attire.
4. Assist in the development of new menus by collaborating with the manager.
5. Manage stock and supplies for the section, including food storage, delivery reception and verification, inventory management, and forecasting necessary products for culinary preparations.
6. Ensure the quality of prepared dishes and the work done prior to dish preparation.
7. Contribute creatively to the evolution of culinary recipes.

No specific experience required, but a passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn are essential.

The position offers a 13-month salary, company health insurance, access to an employee restaurant, profit-sharing and incentive bonuses, 80% coverage of public transport costs, up to 25% employee discount on certain group brands (depending on seniority), and access to a works council (depending on seniority).
