1. Prepare culinary dishes in accordance with technical sheets and company processes.
2. Provide expertise to the head chef and kitchen staff in the preparation of dishes, including cooking and fish preparation.
3. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations regarding equipment, foodstuffs, and work attire.
4. Assist in the development of new menus by collaborating directly with the manager.
5. Manage stock and supply for the assigned section, including food storage, delivery verification, inventory management, and forecasting necessary products for culinary creations.
6. Ensure the quality of prepared dishes and the work done prior to dish preparation.
7. Contribute creativity to evolve culinary recipes.
