1. Design dishes according to technical sheets and company processes
2. Manage stock levels
3. Prepare the workstation
4. Apply production standards and HACCP hygiene norms
5. Assist in developing new menus by interacting with the stand manager
6. Ensure service according to instructions and guidelines (cooking, preparation, decoration)
