Galeries Lafayette CRM Marketing Intern

- Implement multichannel CRM campaigns including email, SMS, and direct mail, from conception to deployment.
- Design emails and mailings through creative briefs with the internal design studio.
- Develop customer targeting workflows, personalize campaigns, and validate proofs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing KPI summaries and recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify CRM best practices and propose new communication strategies.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in operational marketing and familiarity with campaign management tools like Neolane/ACS is a plus.
Prior experience in operational marketing is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or a related field.
Compensation is aligned with educational level: €1300 gross monthly for Bachelor's level, €1500 gross monthly for Master's level.
