1. Design, develop, and optimize CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
2. Implement multichannel PULL journeys related to prospecting, purchasing, retention, and re-engagement.
3. Customize PUSH communications for events, commercial operations, and local trade.
4. Define and conduct A/B testing on targeting, content, and channels for continuous performance optimization.
5. Collaborate with various departments to construct 360° CRM campaigns integrating the website and social media.
6. Identify CRM team constraints and recommend necessary adaptations to CRM teams and IT department.
7. Ensure the relevance of journeys and dynamic personalization of PUSH and PULL communication content.

1. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
2. Experience in client segmentation, campaign configuration, and journey orchestration.
3. Ability to code and customize solutions using AMPScript and SQL.
4. Technological adeptness and enthusiasm for innovation.
5. Strong team engagement and motivational skills.
6. Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized experiences.

At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar CRM role.

Fixed annual gross salary between €55,000 and €65,000, paid over 13 months.
