1. Manually and precisely slice hams (such as bellota) into uniform thin slices.
2. Elegantly plate the product to enhance its presentation.
3. Maintain and sharpen knives and other cutting tools.
4. Welcome and advise customers with expertise and passion.
5. Present the different qualities of hams and their specific taste profiles.
6. Suggest food and wine pairings or other products from the Gourmet Space.
7. Conduct tastings to promote products.
8. Manage ham stock and ensure proper rotation.
9. Control the quality and freshness of products.
10. Strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
11. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
12. Actively contribute to achieving the sales targets set by the department.
13. Foster customer loyalty through quality service and product.

Experience in food service or a related field, particularly in a luxury or high-end environment, is preferred.

Compensation includes a 13-month salary and potential variable bonuses up to €237 gross per month.
