1. Design and prepare dishes in accordance with technical sheets and company processes.
2. Manage inventory and stock levels.
3. Ensure the workstation is set up efficiently.
4. Adhere to production standards and HACCP hygiene regulations.
5. Collaborate with the Stand Manager to develop new menus.
6. Execute service following specific instructions and guidelines, including cooking, preparation, and presentation.

1. Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a high-end self-service environment.
2. Strong understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
3. Ability to manage inventory and stock efficiently.

Previous experience in a culinary position within a high-end self-service establishment is required.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Fixed annual salary paid over 12 months, with a variable component up to €237 gross monthly.
