The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site, offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. Its mission is to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
- Sell exceptional products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial sales methods
- Provide personalized customer service and tailor advice to individual client needs
- Present and highlight the excellence of products and introduce exceptional pieces
- Contribute to the boutique's sales growth and achievement of objectives with the team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience
- Maintain customer relationships through privileged support and digital tools
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions
- Participate in after-sales service missions
- Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and organized
- Manage store operations in compliance with group and brand policies and procedures
- Assist in product placement according to merchandising standards
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the high-end service sector
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills for building privileged relationships internally and externally
- Dynamism, adaptability, excellent presentation, and a high level of service orientation
- Team spirit, curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm
At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the luxury service sector.
