Galeries Lafayette Luxury Sales Advisor
The Galeries Lafayette Group, a leader in the French distribution of luxury watches and jewelry, operates through its prestigious brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The group's Watch and Jewelry division serves as the purchasing hub for these sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 stores. Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, while Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious brands. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques, including Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Provide personalized customer service and conduct bespoke sales using appropriate techniques and sales ceremonies.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients, adapting to their needs and motivations.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience and maintaining client relationships through digital tools.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in after-sales service missions.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and adhere to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product placement respecting merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the high-end service sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Dynamism, adaptability, excellent presentation, and a high level of service orientation and rigor.
- Team spirit, curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury sales is required.
