Galeries LafayetteSales Associate
The Galeries Lafayette Group's Watch and Jewelry Division is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce site, Louis Pion offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in cities and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Sell exceptional products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial sales methods.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients for a bespoke sales experience.
- Adapt to the needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products and introduce exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the store's sales growth and achieve objectives with the team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by making each purchase experience unique.
- Follow up with clients through privileged support and digital tools.
- Participate in and accompany clients to exclusive brand events.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Maintain the store's appearance and organization.
- Manage store operations and adhere to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Participate in product placement according to merchandising standards.
- Successful sales experience in the high-end service sector.
- Perfect mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interest in watch and jewelry products.
- Solid interpersonal skills to establish privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language (Mandarin) is appreciated.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and a high level of service orientation and rigor.

Experience in luxury sales and customer service is required.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months based on profile, plus variable (individual sales commissions, exceptional sales commissions, performance bonuses).
Parking, meal vouchers, fuel allowance, uniforms and cleaning allowance, three consecutive days off, health insurance and provident fund.
