Galeries Lafayette Luxury Sales Associate
The Galeries Lafayette Group, a leader in the French luxury retail sector, operates through its Watch and Jewelry Division, which encompasses prestigious brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry across 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, while Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 luxury watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for renowned names like Cartier, Rolex, and Hermès, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts worldwide.
- Engage in the sale of exceptional products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial approaches.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients for bespoke sales experiences.
- Adapt to the unique needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of sales targets with the team.
- Ensure client satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged follow-up and digital tools.
- Accompany clients to exclusive brand events.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Ensure the boutique's upkeep and organization.
- Master store operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
- Participate in product placement according to merchandising standards.
- Proven experience in luxury service sales.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language, such as Mandarin, is advantageous.
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Team spirit, curiosity, involvement, and enthusiasm.
Demonstrated success in high-end service sales.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months, plus variable components (individual sales commissions, exceptional sales commissions, performance bonuses).
