1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event-related activities at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping options.
3. Execute services within the Concierge Space including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle diverse customer complaints effectively.
5. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong customer orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
2. Adaptability to various situations and action-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to adjust approach and behavior as needed.

Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

A fixed monthly salary of 1900 euros gross, with potential variable compensation up to 237 euros gross monthly, plus a 13th month salary.
