Customer Service Advisor - Concierge

1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event activities.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping.
3. Manage services offered within the Concierge Space, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle various customer complaints.
5. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships.
2. Adaptability to different situations and action-oriented.

1. Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.

Experience in customer service and sales, particularly in a luxury or retail environment, is preferred.

Fixed salary of 1900 euros gross per month, with a potential variable component up to 237 euros gross per month.
