- Welcome and assist clients by providing services such as cloakroom, stroller loans, gift distribution, and purchase storage.
- Inform clients about the store's commercial and event updates.
- Facilitate client navigation within the store.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the service area.
- Promote and sell store services and complementary products like gift cards, loyalty cards, and delivery services.
- Manage services offered at the Concierge Desk, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, and shipping.
- Oversee services related to the Cofinoga card, excluding financial services.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the loyalty program.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality in the Lounges, including catering services.
- Understand and apply service procedures and standards.
- Handle and follow up on client complaints and disputes.
- Report information on client complaints and any service issues.
- Currently pursuing a professional baccalaureate, BTS, or a degree in commerce.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Proactive and dynamic with a team spirit.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Excellent command of MS Office and digital tools.
No prior experience required, but a strong customer service orientation is essential.
Currently enrolled in a professional baccalaureate, BTS, or a degree in commerce.
