1. Manage the entry and verification of invoices related to real estate charges.
2. Ensure the collection of checks, accounting of transfers, and account reconciliations.
3. Conduct regular reporting for accounting and participate in the preparation of consolidated account brochures.
4. Oversee investment flows by entering invoices via the Esker module and controlling ongoing capitalizations.
5. Handle the creation and commissioning of asset records and monitor net book values, including asset disposals.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting within a dynamic and challenging environment.

Fixed annual gross salary between €30,000 and €32,000, with a 13th-month bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
