1. Participate in the management of real estate and investment flows.
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure rigorous and optimized management of accounts related to real estate rents and investments using SAP.
3. Manage the entry and control of invoices related to real estate charges.
4. Ensure the receipt of checks, accounting for transfers, and perform account reconciliations.
5. Conduct regular reporting for accounting and participate in the preparation of consolidated account brochures.
6. Manage investment flows by entering invoices via the Esker module and controlling ongoing fixed assets.
7. Handle the creation and commissioning of fixed asset records and monitor net book values, including asset disposals.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting within a dynamic and challenging environment.
