- Manage and oversee the administrative processing and tracking of merchandise data within the children's sector.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize relevant information.
- Update and maintain information systems, ensuring accurate integration and traceability of data such as product references, article files, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor and control delivery schedules, confirm delivery dates with suppliers, identify delays, and initiate follow-ups.
- Handle disputes with the Accounting Department and suppliers.
- Coordinate occasional merchandise returns as requested by the Merchandise Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in supplier relations.
- Proficiency in numerical data handling and analysis.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Basic professional English skills.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Result-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Strong cooperative skills with the ability to adapt approaches and behaviors as needed.
A minimum of one year of experience in supplier relations or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2).
A fixed monthly gross salary ranging from €2000 to €2300, depending on experience and skills.
