1. Lead and develop the team of local managers to foster a joyful retail environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving store objectives.

Significant experience in commercial development or a related field, with a track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives.

A fixed annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €53,000 gross, with a potential variable bonus up to €900 gross monthly.
