- Lead and develop the team of local managers to foster a joyful retail environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving store objectives.
- Implement and oversee the commercial policy.
- Enhance the store's commercial performance by identifying development levers in collaboration with other departments such as Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Relations.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators.

A fixed annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €53,000 gross, with a potential variable bonus up to €900 gross monthly.
