- Welcome and assist business introducers visiting the IPO service.
- Guide business introducers according to their requests, including registration, payments, and disputes.
- Explain regulations based on the introducers' place of residence.
- Ensure compliance with Urssaf regulations.
- Maintain the service area to high standards.
- Inform business introducers about store offers and services.
- Enter registration details for business introducers into the system.
- Manage the dossier of business introducers, including data entry in SAP.
- Generate monthly sales reports and sales statements.
- Explain the commission procedure and prepare necessary documentation for payments.
- Handle simple disputes and conduct research for complex issues, liaising with relevant departments.
- Escalate complex disputes to management.
- Commercial or customer relations diploma (Bac level).
- Experience in reception or sales roles.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.

Previous experience in customer reception or sales is required.

Fixed annual salary of €22,000 gross, with potential variable remuneration up to €237 gross per month.
