- Implement CRM campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, and mailing.
- Design emails and mailings through creative briefs with the internal design studio.
- Create customer targeting workflows, personalize campaigns, and validate proofs.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and provide summaries and recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify CRM best practices to propose new communication strategies.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
- Action-oriented with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Adaptable to different situations and able to adjust approaches as needed.
- Experience in Operational Marketing.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Neolane or ACS.
A first experience in Operational Marketing is preferred.
Currently a student at Bac +4/5 level in Business School or equivalent.
Fixed monthly remuneration: €1300 for Bac +4, €1500 for Bac +5.
