1. Prepare culinary dishes in accordance with technical sheets and company processes.
2. Provide expertise to the head chef and commis in the preparation of dishes, including cooking techniques and fish preparation.
3. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations concerning equipment, foodstuffs, and work attire.
4. Assist in the development of new menus by collaborating with the manager.
5. Manage stock and supply chain for the section, including food storage, delivery receipt and verification, inventory management, and forecasting necessary culinary products.
6. Ensure the quality of prepared dishes and the work done prior to dish preparation.
7. Contribute creativity to evolve culinary recipes.

1. Proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
2. Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Familiarity with industry's best practices.

Previous experience in a culinary role, particularly in fish preparation and cooking, is required.

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation includes a 13-month salary and variable pay up to €237 gross per month.
